Pale Yellow with a hint of green straw.
Lifted tropical aromas of guava and honeydew melon with hints of floral honey.
Intense tropical fruits of pineapple, melon and fresh banana with refreshing acidity which lingers, giving a pleasing fruit driven persistence of flavour.
The fruit was brought to the winery in excellent condition maximising freshness and quality. The grapes were gently destemmed and very lightly crushed. Only the highest quality free run juice was cold fermented with special yeast for a period of three weeks. After fermentation the wine was blended and bottled without any maturation to retain the highest level of freshness.
Drinking well now
