Ruby red with purple hues.
Dark cherries, plums and spice coupled with exotic notes from the Touriga.
Elegant, medium bodied with a lovely tannin structure. Supple and bright red fruits make this such an easy drinking style of wine.
Hand picked and crushed to tank for a short cold soak. Inoculated for a warm ferment of around 10 days with pumping over three times daily. Pressed at dryness to tank for malolactic fermentation before being racked to old puncheons. Blending occurred in October after 6 months on oak.
Ideal for tapas or pizza night with friends as this versatile wine suits a range of flavour profiles.
