McWilliam’s Mount Pleasant Estate is proud to announce that it has been awarded a 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for their Hunter Valley Cellar Door and Elizabeth’s Restaurant.
This accolade honours hospitality excellence and is bestowed on establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.
Only the top 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor worldwide receive this award and they must achieve an average review score of at least four or higher, out of a possible five.
Greg West, National Cellar Door Manager for McWilliam’s Wines, says the certificate is a greatly appreciated recognition of their hard work:
“We are honoured to have received this certificate recognising our commitment to service. It’s our privilege to work in such an amazing location and with such respected wines, though it is gratifying to receive an accolade that recognises our absolute focus on customer service.”
Alison Copus, Vice President of Marketing for TripAdvisor, says the award is reflective of customer feedback:
“TripAdvisor is delighted to celebrate the success of businesses around the globe, from Sydney to Chicago, Sao Paulo to Rome, which are consistently offering TripAdvisor travellers a great customer experience. The Certificate of Excellence award provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most– their customers.”
